Filipinas: arrestados tres jihadis que iban a atentar contra las embajadas británica, americana y australiana

Ya posteé aquí que Filipinas había decidido modificar la constitución para la creación de un estado islámico, después de los ataques continuados de los jihadis del al haber sido convencidos por el Moro Liberation Front.

Esta semana la policia ha arrestado a tres jihadis que iban a hacer explotar las embajadas británica, americana y australiana

Philippine security forces have arrested three suspects from the Middle East allegedly involved in a plot to bomb the US, British and Australian embassies in Manila, officials say.

Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita confirmed that two men were arrested last month in the southern island of Mindanao and were being interrogated by military intelligence.

A third man, believed to be a Jordanian, was arrested recently in Manila according to a government security official.

«Indications are that they were part of a plot to bomb at least four foreign embassies in Manila,» the source said.

He said the US, British and Australian embassies were believed to have been among the targets although he gave no further details.

«There is intelligence information that they are probably terrorists,» Mr Ermita said.

«Their objective was to create chaos.»

Las fuerzas de seguridad fiipinas han arrestado a tres sospechosos del Medio Oriente presuntamente envueltos en un complot para poner una bomba en las embajadas americana, británica y australiana en Manila, según los oficiales. El Secretario Ejecutivo Eduardo Ermita confirmó que dos hombres habían sido arrestados en la isla sur de Mindanaro y estaban siendo interrogados por la inteligencia militar.
Un tercer hombre, que se cree es de nacionalidad jordana fue arrestado recientemente en Manila según un portacos de la seguridad gubernamental.
«Hay indicaciones de que eran parte de un complot para poner una bombra en al menos cuatro embajadas extranjeras en Manila», según la fuente que no dio más detalles. «Hay información de inteligencia que [indica] que probablemente sean terroristas», Según Ermita. «Su objetivo era crear caos».

Pero lo mejor no es eso: los jihadis del Moro Liberation Front (hasta en el nombre se les nota que Filipinas fue español…) están preocupados por el futuro en caso de que se llegue a un acuerdo de paz:

For many of the 12,000 MILF rebels, especially the young, peace is likely to bring an uncertain future.

MILF chief Murad Ibrahim, in a rare interview with AFP, said he was worried for their future, especially for those born into war and the many whose parents and older relatives have died as «martyrs». […]

Moro fighter Abdullah, who uses one name, says he is concerned about the future.

A young man in his early 20s clutching a rusty M-60 machine gun, he is a veteran of many jungle battles and is ready, he says, to die for the cause.

«I have not been to a battle since last year,» Abdullah says, perspiration trickling down his brow. He is wearing mismatched fatigues that bears a striking resemblance to those used by Sri Lakan Tamil insurgents.

«I have had many adventures with this gun, I sleep with it and never go anywhere without it,» he says. «I cannot part with my weapon.»

Abdullah says he is not prepared to lay down his weapon even if a final peace deal is signed.

«It’s not in my blood to be a farmer,» he said.

«This has saved me many times,» he says. «My wife, she gets mad when I caress my machine gun, but she understands.»

Ese es el problema de las negociaciones con terroristas. Por mucho que se les ofrezca todo lo que piden, no está en su sangre ser una persona normal, con un horario. Una vez que se recurre a la violencia para solucionar un asunto, solución que muchas veces es efectiva y … definitiva, es muy difícil no volver a hacerlo. Sobre todo si han conseguido lo que querían.

Es muy posible que al principio sea Jauja y qué bien que estamos en paz. Pero ahora han conseguido que se modifique la constitución para tener una «autonomía limitada». Después pedirán la independencia del mismo modo que lo han venido haciendo. No sólo por el expansionismo imperialista que el Islamismo, como doctrina política tiene (sométete o muere), si no porque los que lo practican no se «reinsertan» en la vida civil

Malasia: condenada por blasfema por adorar a una tetera

Gracias al blog italiano Hurricane 53 me entero de que Kamariah Ali fue detenida en 2005 en una gran operación que desmanteló la comuna «Reino del Cielo». Como ya no se declara musulmana, ha sido puesta bajo la autoridad de un tribunal islámico. [La traducción es mía: si alguien que sabe italiano, encuentra algún fallo, me lo puede indicar en los comentarios].

Se la ha condenado a dos años de cárcel por haber abandonado el Islam y haberse unido a una secta ilegal. Esta es la condena impuesta por el Alto Tribunal Islámico del Estado malayo de Terenggabu y que deberá empezar a cumplir hoy. A pocos días de las elecciones generales de Malasia, el case abre un nuevo debate sobre el respeto a a la libertad religiosa en el País, donde las dos legislaciones -civil y religiosa- entran a menudo en conflicto.Para los jueces, la mujer es una apóstata. Kamariah de 57 años, fue arrestada en julio de 2005 junto con otros 58 compañeros por haberse adherido a la pequeña secta llamada «Reino del Cielo». Iniciada a mitad de los años 80, la comunidad ha crecido fuera del control estatal, especialmente desde 1998, cuando sus seguidores pusieron en una especie de palco gótico estilo Disneyland -con edificio en forma de paraguas, decoración naval y columnas grecorromanas- en medio del cual ha puesto una tetera gugante y un vaso grande de su mismo tamaño azul. Se inicia el proselitismo entre los habitantes del pueblo y entre los extranjeros. Los seguidores de la secta adoraban la tetera, que simbolizaba la paz y la bendición del Cielo sobre la humanidad. En agosto de 2005 los fundamentalistas islámicos destruyeron su dividad y la estructura bajo la que se reunían.

Ya en 1998 Kamariah, había intentado que un tribunal civil reconociera su conversión. Sin embargo, en 2004, la Corte Federal dijo que no era de su competencia porque no era una cuestión civil.

A pesar de que la Constitución federal garantiza el derecho a cambiar la propia religión, el art. 3 declara al Islam la religión oficial del País.

¿Consecuencia? En cualquier otro lugar del mundo, el adorar a una tetera es considerado como signo de no andar bien de la azotea, pero nada más. La gente se lo tomaría a guasa y la «secta» (de morirse de risa) no sería más que eso: objeto de chascarrillos entre los conocidos. En Malasia, no sólo los imanes te destrozan a la divinidad (que además es propiedad privada) si no que además te condenan a dos años de cárcel.

Y ¿la condena internacional? Ahhh, no que esta noticia no interesa…

Translation: In Malaysia a 57-year-old woman has been sentenced to 2 year in prison for abandoning Islam and enter a «sect», which adored a teapot. The judges consider Kamarak Ali an apostate.

Francia: se repite el caso de Ilan Halimi (+)

Hace casi dos años, un judío, llamado Ilam Halimi, fue torturado durante un mes y asesinado, sin que la policía francesa hiciera prácticamente nada por evitarlo. Una de las cosas que más me sorprendieron cuando hice la crónica para Eurabian News, fue precisamente que los torturadores llamaron a sus familiares para que pudieran participar en la tortura del joven. En aquel momento hubo otros casos semejantes pero ninguno de la gravedad de este chico, dependiente de una tienda de teléfonos móviles de París.

Ahora el joven judío se llama Mathieu Roumi, pero en este caso no lo han matado. Ahora bien, la tortura que tuvo que soportar durante nueve horas y media no ha sido menor y la diferencia fundamental ha sido que no ha terminado muerto y que los asaltantes se metieron con él porque además de judío, era homosexual:

French officials voiced outrage Wednesday after it emerged a gang had locked up and attacked a Jewish youth in the same Paris suburb where Ilan Halimi (pictured) was tortured to death two years ago. Six youths from the southern Paris suburb of Bagneux, aged 17 to 25, are accused of locking up 19-year-old Mathieu Roumi in a storage room on February 22, beating and sexually tormenting him.

Aged 17 to 25, the six youths — who knew the victim — had falsely accused him of stealing from them in order to lure him into a trap, judicial sources said.

Once he arrived in the apartment of one of his aggressors, the young man was handcuffed on a radiator and beaten.

With a pen, the aggressors scrawled «dirty Jew» and «dirty faggot» on the face of their victim. Later they forced him to swallow down cigarette butts and to suck a condom on a stick. The man’s ordeal reportedly lasted nine and a half hours.

He was later hospitalised «in a state of shock». He lodged a complaint.

Pero no es eso lo único en común con el asesinato de Ilan Halimi: los culpables pertenecen a la banda «The Barbarians»:

They identified themselves as members of the «Barbarians,» the same gang that kidnapped Halimi from his store, demanded ransom for his release, and when that was not forthcoming, tortured the 23-year-old over the course of three weeks. Moments after he was dumped on the street, Halimi died.Roumi told police investigators that throughout his ordeal, his assailants employed measures with sexual and sadistic connotations. When the issue of his sexual orientation arose, one of them placed a condom on the tip of a stick and shoved it in Roumi’s mouth.

«We admire Youssouf Fofana!» they shouted at him, referring to the leader of the gang that murdered Halimi. Fofana and 29 other suspects are on trial for abduction, torture and murder. If convicted, they can expect a life sentence.

Se identificaron como pertenecientes a los «Barbarians», la misma banda que secuestró a Halimi de su tienda, pidió un rescate para dejarle libre y cuando no se lo dieron, lo toruraron durante tres semanas. Después lo tiraron en la calle y Halimi murió.
Roumi dijo a los policías que durante toda su tortura, los asaltantes emplearon medidas con connotaciones sexuales y sádicas. Cuando salió a relucir su orientación sexual, uno de ellos puso un condón en la punta de un palo y se lo metió por la boca (así que no sólo sería judeofobia, si no además homofobia… ¿qué hacen los periódicos homosexuales que no denuncian este caso? Ahh, que no, que como son «musulmanes», son de otra cultura….).
«Admiramos a Yousouf Fofana!!«, le gritaron, refiriéndose al líder de la banda que mató a Halimi. Fofana y otros 29 sospechosos, están en juicio por secuestro, tortura y asesinato. La condena puede ser de por vida.

PARIS: Dozens of hooded attackers fired buckshot and nails at police this weekend, wounding four officers, France’s interior minister said.

Michele Alliot-Marie called the Sunday afternoon attack an “ambush,” saying that about 30 people, some of them armed, were waiting for the officers in the southern Paris suburb of Grigny. The officers were responding to a call about vandalism at a local bakery.

Three officers were hit in face with buckshot; another was hit in the leg with buckshot and nails and was hospitalized, Sunday’s statement said.

Docenas de atacantes enmascarados dispararon balas de pega y tornillos a la policía este fin de semana, hiriendo a cuatro oficiales, según la ministra de Interior francesa. Police raided Villiers-le-Bel and three neighboring towns as part of the investigation into November riots, police said.
Violence erupted in the town’s housing projects, populated largely by families of immigrant background, after two teenage boys were killed in a motorbike crash with a police car. Police and local officials said it was an accident but many residents were unconvinced.
Some of President Nicolas Sarkozy’s rivals condemned the raids as a bid to look tough on security ahead of next month’s municipal election, noting that the media was alerted in advance to the operation. The action comes just after Sarkozy announced a sweeping plan to better integrate poor suburban youth and tackle the racism they often face in the job market.
Marie-Therese de Givry, prosecutor in the regional seat of Pontoise, said 33 people were arrested, raising the number from about 20 cited earlier by police. Those detained ranged in age from 19 to 31.

The re-publication of the Prophet cartoons by seventeen Danish newspapers last week was denounced by Muslims the world over. The controversy is not one of press freedom, but rather it feeds cycles of hatred and ignorance which only increase the gulfs between religions, according to the Prime Minister, Dr. Ali Mohammed Mujawr, in a support meeting organized by the Al-Eman University last Monday calling for defending the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).

In his speech, Mujwar called for an international law that criminalizes religious insults and enforces mutual respect of religions, calling on all rationalists in the West to avoid such negative acts. “This can only increase the instability in relations among Islamic and Western nations,” said Mujwar.

I wonder if book burnings would help restore stability in relations among Islamic and Western nations?

La publicación de las caricaturas de Mahoma por diecisiete periódicos daneses la pasada semana fue denunciada por musulmanes por todo el mundo. La controversia no es sobre la libertad de prensa, si no que alimenta el círculo de odio e ignorancia que incrementará las distancias entre religiones, según el Primer Ministro Alí Mohammed Mujawr, en un encuentro de apoyo organizado por la Universidad de Al-Eman el pasado lunes en apoyo del Profeta Mahoma.

Insisten en su idea de la resolución de la ONU sobre «la ley sobre la difamación de las religiones», votada a favor por países que respetan taaaaaaaaaanto la religión como China, Corea del Norte o Cuba… Y es que, claro, ya estamos tardando en aprobar leyes para que los odiados «racionalistas» no podamos criticar a los extremistas fundamentalistas… de cualquier religión (incluyendo los ecolojetas, que ya veremos qué pronto pasan a exigir este tratamiento porque ellos tienen la súper-verdad total…).

Pero no ha sido lo único que ha ocurrido respecto de las caricaturas… el Vaticano ha apoyado al Islam en este asunto tal y como describe BlogBis. In English IBA.

ASimismo hay que añadir que católicos y musulmanes se van a reunir con el Papa, em lo que se ha calificado de encuentro histórico:

Esto no me gusta un pelo… Entiendo que la Iglesia Católica no quiera que critiquen a sus símbolos sagrados, pero esto es dispararse en un pie, porque al final toda crítica al Islam va a ser considerada «de odio racial», mientras que las críticas al catolicisimo no van a disminuir. La prueba es que, a pesar de que la cristofobia/cristianofobia existe como sentimiento tanto en Europa (más aquí) como en América, no se le presta ninguna atención. Curiosamente, su raíz es común con la judeofobia: esto es, si se odia a los judíos, normalmente se odia también a los cristianos. En el último link, la conclusión es estremecedora:

If religions provide power, people will fight and kill each other for it. Today, newspapers like the New York Times and others are drifting toward advocacy of a new type of religious hatred: conflict between secularists and Christians. In view of the tragic history of past religious conflicts, they are playing with fire.

YouTube Banned in Pakistan Citing Outrage Over Geert Wilders and Danish Toons [updated & bumped]

Pakistan has blocked access to the popular YouTube website because of content deemed offensive to Islam.Its telecommunications authority ordered internet service providers to block the site until further notice.

Reports said the content included Danish cartoons depicting the Prophet Muhammad that have outraged many.

But one report said a trailer for a forthcoming film by Dutch lawmaker Geert Wilders, which portrays Islam in a negative light, was behind the ban.

El Príncipe Harry, amenazado por los talibán (+)

Drudge Report informó de que el Príncipe inglés Harry estaba luchando en Afganistán contra los talibanes. La filtración ha obligado a sacarle precipitadamente a pesar de que iba a volver a Inglaterra en unas semanas. Él ya había dicho que si su presencia en Afganistán era sabida, no iba a estar tampoco seguro en casa. Así que los talibanes han tomado nota de que la «Familia Real Inglesa ha tomado una decidida posición en contra de los musulmanes» y que esto redundará en más ataques a los soldados británicos en la zona. Y le han amenazado directamente, como ya hicieron con su abuela, la Reina Isabel. ¿Qué pensará el príncipe Carlos de Inglaterra?

De toda la noticia me gustaría señalar que uno de los conferenciantes y de los que lo han organizado, Benjelloum, se ha esforzado para conseguir que el Gobierno autonómico acepte dar clases de Islam en los colegios públicos y concertados. El que un personaje que pertenece a una organización integrista, esté gastando esfuerzos para que se dé el Islam en los colegios, no es una buena señal. Me interesaría saber por qué no se le dijo que nones desde el principio… Porque otro de la misma organización ha defendido la imposición de la Sharia y la desobediencia de las leyes occidentales… La noticia siguiendo ese «periodismo» al uso, no descifra si efectivamente lo ha logrado o no.

En Murcia, gobierna el PP. Espero que no hagan el gilipollas (con perdón) y les manden a tomar viento pero ya. Con unos tíos que se están preparando para reclamar Al-Andalus, no se puede andar con contemplaciones. Y en Murcia el PP tiene suficiente apoyo como para que puedan ser tajantes en esta cuestión…

Por último, se confirma lo peligrosa que es la inmigración descontrolada (por si no tuviéramos suficientes pruebas…). Una de las actividades que desarrollan es precisamente la ayuda a inmigrantes sin recursos. Si hubiera habido una política hecha con la cabeza, en lugar de con los pies, con las pelotas o con sentimentalismos baratos ZPianos (=electoralismo…), lo primero que se hubiera prohibido con los controles anti-inmigración hubiera sido la entrada a personas que a) tengan antecedentes penales y que b) no estén en condiciones de ganarse la vida con un trabajo estable y legal.

Por cierto, que la Federación Islámica de Murcia que es la que sirve de tapadera a Justicia y Espiritualidad, niega ser radical pero se niega a investigar a sus miembros.

For those who don’t understand English, I will translate the news in its entirety:

Justice and Spirituality (JyS), a radical movement which has spread throughout Spain and which wants the removal from power of the Moroccan King Mohammed VI and to substitute it by the Islamist State of Morocco, is going to celebrate next March 4th a course to train imams. And they want to do it without notice, using the Islamic Federation of the Murcia’s Region, an organization they control.

So, it is scheduled that in these conferences take part several leaders of this Moroccan Islamist movement. Among others, Mohamed El Abbadi, number 2 of the Direction’s Council and president of the Council of Uprightness from Justice and Spirituality. In 2006 he was detained in Morocco and condemned to a year in prison for violating the precint the authorities have instaled to his home, where he was meeting Islamist leaders of the opposition to the Moroccan King. He has several judicial processes against him in his country. El Abbadi has recommended as President of the Islamic Federation of the Murcia’s region his own son-in-law, Said Mendi, an imam who lives in Cartagena, who was sent important quantities of money from the Moroccan country.

Another of the scheduled speakers is Rachid Boutarbouch, leader of Justice and Spirituality in Spain. He is also member of the Moroccan Ulemas’ League and founding member of the World Association of Muslim Ulemas. In his statements in our country he recommends the submission to Sharia and an attitude of desobedience towards Western laws. He is considered as an «intelectual adviser» of the FIRM. After the polemic Mohammed cartoons, from several Murcia’s mosques, controlled by JYS, some pamplets were distributed in which a boycott was called against several Spanish firms, accused of «taking part in a war industry».

In this course of imams’ training, it’s scheduled also the participation of Mounir Benjelloum, Vice-President of FIRM. He has coordinated the second day’s conferences, which will be developd under a generic title of «Islamic Communities, reality and future’s perspectives». Benjelloum has deployed great efforts to achieve that the Autonomic Government an agree to give classes of Islam in Public and arranged schools.

Mohamed Barek Demouche, leader of the Cultural Association Onda in Murcia and Levante, will also take part. He is also the higher responsible of the Islamic Federation of the Murcia’s Region. He is considered the high responsible of Justice and Spirituality in Alicante and he is Vice-President of the Mosque Ashorouk-Amanecer, of Cartagena.

Another personality whose intervention is scheduled, is Brahim Roubi, who is, surprisingly, at the same time, president of the Association of Immigrants Ennibras of Torre Pacheco -who happens to manage public funds- and worker of the Mancommunity of Social Servies of Surestes, in which all the Majorships of the region are represented, with the function of the President of the Islamic Community Al-manar, linked to JyE. He is also the speaker of the FIRM. Recently it announces a campaign to claim the right of the Muslim women to wear veil.

The authorities of Spain and, above all, of Morocco observe with concern the growing spread of Justice and Spirituality. This movement, founded on 1983, is not legalised in Morocco, even though the Moroccan authorities, considering its spread, have been forced to tolerate it. The fears of the Moroccan government are more than justified, because JaS pursued, among other targets, the instauration of the Islamic State of Morocco and the unification of Islam to confront the powers of United States and the EU. They are not for violence, but they preach and support very radical statements, in which a lot of people can be inspired to obey the call for Jihad.

This is the Islamist movement which is more spread in the Moroccan country, and in case it could participate in the general elections, they would win. Now, it influences the people, because it has dozens of thousands of sympathisers. In Spain, its leaders and representatives present an affable face, and even they don’t recognise themselves as members of JaS. Using FIRM they are trying to act as representatives of 50.000 Muslims living in Murcia, to search for subsidies and reclaim the teaching of Islam in the schools.

Spanish authorities are worried about the unstoppable spread between Muslim population of this Islamist movement which clearly in a near future will claim Al-Andalus for them. It is very interesting to note that the places in which it has spread significantly -Madrid, Cataluña, Murcia, Valencia, Alicante, Baleares, Ceuta…- are those in which other Islamist movements have also spread, as the «tabligh». To pick up supporters they act occasionally as an NGO, imitating what Hamas does in Palestine, offering support to the less favored immigrants.

They have also stated «they are not extremists or fanatics but that no one should ask them to adapt»… So, you know where Morocco is, do you?

Ea, ea, ea, Obama se cabrea

Ya he escrito antes sobre Obama y su primo el comunista-islamista de Kenia. Pues bien, lo último es una foto de Obama que se está vistiendo a lo musulmán durante su visita a Kenia (izquierda). De inmediato han echado la culpa a Hillary y quién está más enfadada es la CADENASER.com:

La distribución de una fotografía de Barack Obama vestido con ropa tradicional somalí ha provocado un nuevo enfrentamiento entre el aspirante afroamericano a la Casa Blanca y su rival en la nominación demócrata, Hillary Clinton.
La imagen, tomada durante la visita de Obama a un poblado somalí de Kenia en el 2006, fue publicada ayer por un diario electrónico que asegura que la campaña de Clinton está distribuyendo la foto. El equipo de Obama ha interpretado esta maniobra como una treta para desprestigiar al candidato alimentando los rumores de que es un musulmán enmascarado. «Es el más vergonzoso y ofensivo intento de asustar a la gente que se ha visto en esta campaña», declaró su jefe de campaña. El equipo de Clinton replicó: «Si la campaña de Obama quiere dar a entender que una foto de él con ropa somalí sirve para dividir, debería avergonzarse».

Juas, juas… A ver, yo no sé si Obama practica el Islam o adora al escarabajo pelotero. Ahora bien, hay indicios preocupantes, como el apoyo a su primo keniano Odinga que ha llegado a un acuerdo con los islámicos de Kenia de forma que si gana entre otras medidas, prohibirá la venta de cerdo y de alcohol, obligará a vestirse a la moda musulmana y (la más preocupante) se negará a extraditar a los terroristas, de cualquier nacionalidad que vivan o estén en Kenia, siempre que sean musulmanes -link arriba-. Además, la Iglesia a la que pertenece ha dado a Farrakhan el título de «Lifetime Achievement Trumpeteer», algo así como el «Trompetista de los triunfos de toda una vida». Entre otras cosas, la Iglesia Baptista es «negra sin vergüenza y cristiana sin pedir perdón».

Y Farrakhan «has endorsed Obama’s ticket«: o sea, le ha apoyado y le ha alabado, aunque Obama en privado le ha rechazado. Farrakhan es el jefe de una organización islámico-racista de negros que se ha hecho famosa por la «million men march», esto es, porque logró convocar a un millón de negros en Washington para protestar contra «la discriminación racial». En realidad, la organización «Nation of Islam» (pues así se llama) que entre otras cosas ha pedido lo siguiente:

El ayudante dice que normalmente puso objeciones al nombramiento de Cynthia K. Miller, una mujer miembro de la Nación del Islam, como la Tesorera de su campaña al Senado. Cuando contacté con Miller, ahora agente inmobiliaria en Chicado, para verificar si era miembro de la Nación del Islam y si compartía las ideas racistas de Farrakhan sobre los judíos, me gritó «Eso no es asunto suyo!! ¿A dónde vas a ir con esto?» Luego dijo que su dimisión como tesorera de Obama no había tenido nada que ver con sus vínculos con la Nación del Islam. The last of the scandals regarding Obama, refers to the photograph above, in which we can see Obama dressed as a Muslim in his visit to Kenya. The most worried in Spain is the left and a good example is the news above, as reported by the leftist Cadena Ser, which goes:

The distribution of this photo of Barack Obama dressed with the Somali traditional dress, provoked a new confrontation between the Afro-American aspirant to the White House and his rival in the Democrat nomination, Hillary Clinton.

The image, taken while Obama was in a Somali village in Kenya in 2006, was published yesterday by a electronical newspaper who assures that the Clinton’s campaign is distributing the photo.

Obama’s team has interpreted it as a new manoevre to discredit the candidat feeding the rumours that say that he is a masked Muslim. «This is the most shameful and offensive intent to threaten people that we have seen in this campaign», stated his chief of campaign. Clinton’s team answered: «If Obama’s campaign wants everyone to believe that a photo of himself in a Somali outfit, produces division, he should be ashamed».

Well, I don’t know if he actually practises Islam or not. But his relationship with his cousin and his support for him even considering the agreement with the Islamists is worrying, specially in the present situation and with the actual problem of Islamic terrorism that all Western countries have.

So it’s not that «there are rumours of Obama being a Muslim in disguise». No. He has links with organizations or individuals which are islamists, racists or black supremacists. As I said above, he has strongly rejected Farrakhan’s views on Jews and racism, but he has not done the same with his cousin Odinga and he has been employing people with links to NOI both in his Illinois and US Senate campaign and office staff.

Sudán renueva los ataques aéreos sobre Darfur

Una vez que los jihadis han conquistado Chad y de facto, han quedado a la ONU sin poder defender a los habitantes de Darfur, el ataque no se ha hecho esperar.

The Sudanese military is said to have renewed its aerial bombing campaign in the west of the Darfur region. The joint United Nations African Union mission in Sudan, Unamid, said it had received reports of aerial bombings in the Jebel Moun area of the region. A Unamid spokesman said there was grave concern for the safety of thousands of civilians in the area. The reports came as China’s envoy for Darfur, Liu Guijin, began a five-day visit to the country to push for peace. China has come under increasing pressure to use its influence with Sudan to end the fighting.

En cuanto al papel de China, sigue siendo cuando menos criticable, especialmente cuando el mismísimo Ministro de Exteriores sudanés ha alabado su papel a la hora de resolver la cuestión de Darfur. Por supuesto, la prensa oficial china lo publica, para intentar contrarrestar la catarata de críticas que tiene internacionalmente, especialmente después de que Steven Spielberg haya dimitido de su puesto como asesor de imagen de los Juegos Olímpicos de Pekín.

Y, por supuesto, el enviado chino a quien quiere presionar NO es a Sudán (¿Dónde están los de No más sangre por petróleo? Ahh, no, que esto es China…) si no a los rebeldes de Darfur para que vuelvan a las conversaciones. Interesante que esto se produzca ahora: para el 2011 está previsto el referendum de independencia de Darfur, en el que previsiblemente ganaría la opción de separarse definitivamente de Sudán… y de llevarse los pozos de petróleo consigo, algo que el régimen de Jartún no puede tolerar. La oposición sudanesa no se fía mucho de Jartún y piensa que algo iba a hacer para impedir que el referendum se celebrase o para que el resultado no les fuera adverso.

El enviado además ha defendido la venta de armas a Sudán, diciendo que «sólo asciende al 8% del total de la compra de armas de Sudán». Sin embargo, se le olvida un pequeño detalle: la colaboración y apoyo continuados prestado por China desde 2004 (esto es, desde que se empezó a hablar de lo que allí pasaba) al régimen de Jartún h/t The Sudanese Thinker.

Sudanese Government has renewed its air attacks over Darfur according to the UN-African Union mission on the African country. After the conquest of Chad by the Islamists without any kind of consideration by international MSM, the Islamist regime in Khartoum knows it has free way to continue the genocide without any organization being able to stop it.

At the same time, today the Chinese envoy to Sudan has began a visit to the country. The Sudanese FM has praised the Chinese (wrong)doing in the country, something which has been published with great pride by Chinese official media, after Spielberg announced he was resigning from his post in the Beijing Olympics’ organization.

Of course, the Chinese envoy considers that the Darfur rebels must be pressed to go back to the talks (talks which have proved absolutely useless…), NOT the Sudanese Government. It’s interesting to note that a referendum of independence is scheduled for 2011, in which presumably the independence would win, something which would cause that the Darfurians would have the oil for themselves, something that Khartoum does not like much. Darfurian opposition does not trust the Government much and believes it is going to do what they can for the referendum not to take place.

The envoy has also defended the weapons’ sales to Sudan, considering that they amount «for only the 8% of the total bought by Khartoum». But he forgets a little detail: the continued collaboration and support that China has given Sudanese regime since 2004 (that is, since the UN and Western countries began speaking about what it was happening there) h/t The Sudanese Thinker.

Las caricaturas de Mahoma: capítulo dos millones cien mil

Buenas noticias desde Bielorrusia (h/t Kate): esperemos que Lukashenko no la tome con los jueces que anularon la sentencia anterior que incluía una condena a tres años de trabajos forzados.

Sin embargo, Kurt Westengaard sigue cosechando «admiradores»: en Paquistán, se ha vuelto a oír el eslógan más de moda entre los islamistas, esto es, «Muerte al caricaturista«. Por cierto, los recientes disturbios en Dinamarca no fueron en primer lugar provocados por las caricaturas, si no por la detención de varios distribuidores y traficantes de droga en Copenague. De ahí, que afirmaran que la policía «era racista y les había tratado mal»…. Ahora bien, una vez que habían empezado, ¿para qué dejarlo si había otro pretexto?

Anyway, Danish cartoonist Kurt Westengaard continues to increase his list of people who want to murder him fans: in Pakistan, last Friday (again) there were people shouting «Death to the cartoonist«. By the way, recent riots in Denmark were not caused in the beginning by the cartoons, but by the detention of some drug trafficking thugs in Copenhague. That was they insisted that they were rioting because policemen were «racist and had mistreated them»… Because, once you have begun, why ending the riots for, if you have another pretext to continue them?.
